Last semester of culinary school is in the books 📚
Lost confidence found & Passion reignited!
Beyond grateful for the friends and mentors who pushed me when I needed it most. The work’s just beginning.

Some highlights from the semester include
- Silver Medal ACF competition
- 1st place people’s choice SUNY Broome Chili cook off
- Honored my late grandmother during a Slovakia food showcase
- Bake sales and other delicious items that we made during class

I had the Honor of competing in the first ever SUNY Broome chili cook off. I am proud to claim 1st place for the people’s choice award. 8/4 – @alynady13 and I had the honor of hosting the @abilityexp bikers on their first-ever Gear up New York ride!
We met up just outside of Syracuse, NY and served up made-to-order Philly cheesesteaks with onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Plus we had a fruit tower, chips, and Oreos to refuel them along the way!

Grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing event. Huge shoutout to the riders — we’re proud of you and wishing you the best as you finish strong all the way to NYC 🚴‍♂️💪🗽 taken in Weedsport, New York by @chef_kennedy

At SUNY Broome Culinary, we hosted a Chef’s Table event where each student created one course of a 5-course spring-themed dinner. We had to cook and present our dishes live in front of an audience.

I was assigned course #4 — the entrée — and went with a crusted rack of lamb with fresh rosemary, served over a sauté of seasonal veggies (carrots, sugar snap peas, radishes, shallots, garlic) on a creamy asparagus purée, finished with a red wine reduction. Proud to showcase spring on a plate!

This past weekend I once again had the honor of catering my beloved Eta Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi at SUNY Brockport! @bport_pikapps
On the menu was
- Meatball sub Sliders
- Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
- Buffalo chicken wing dip bread bowls

2025 Guidance Event hosted by @sunybroomeculinary
My role during the breakfast portion of the event was making Sous Vide Egg Bites! The egg bites were topped with toasted pine nuts, fresh basil, and tomato.

Had the honor of catering a 50th birthday bash this past weekend at the Brackney Inn!
Here’s what was on the menu:
• Homemade mac & cheese
• Spinach artichoke dip in fresh bread bowls
• Italian sliders stacked with homemade meatballs, chicken parm & sauce
• BLT mac salad & garden salad
• Boneless wings, ranch fries, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers

I was in a rush so sorry about the rushed photos lol
