Cooking has always been my language - the way I connect, create, and care. Becoming a private chef wasn’t just about food; it was about curating moments that people remember long after the plates are cleared. by @chef_raisingrose

$22,000 raised. FOUR scholarships funded. 🇺🇸❤️

Last night, Raising Rose had the incredible honor of participating in the Folds of Honor charity auction for the second year in a row, and what an unforgettable evening!

In partnership with Pour Advice Events, we auctioned off not one, but TWO exclusive 8-course private dining experiences for eight guests, each selling for $11,000!

That’s $22,000 raised, fully funding FOUR educational scholarships for the children and spouses of our fallen or critically injured American heroes.

As a United States Air Force veteran, this mission is incredibly personal to me. I was fortunate enough to complete my military service and return home to my family, a privilege I know not everyone who serves is afforded.

To now use the business I’ve built and my passion for cooking to give back to the families who have sacrificed so much is an honor I cannot put into words.

This is so much bigger than food.

To our incredibly generous bidders, @pouradvice_, and @foldsofhonorsc , THANK YOU for making this possible. by @chef_raisingrose

We’re so excited to welcome @chef_raisingrose to Art on the Beach 2026 ☀️🌴

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Chef Anna Choiniere discovered her passion for cooking at an early age. However, before pursuing a culinary career, she felt a greater calling to serve in the United States Air Force as a firefighter. It was during this time that her love for food was reignited, cooking meals for her fellow firefighters and finding joy in bringing people together through food.

After her time in the service, she decided to fully embrace her passion, training in culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University. In 2023, she launched Raising Rose in Charleston, bringing her vision of elevated, customized dining experiences to life.

We can’t believe that Art on the Beach is less than TWO weeks away! See you soon on Sunday, November 8th ☀️🫶 by @chef_raisingrose

my favorite season of food 🍂⛰️🍁 by @chef_raisingrose

sorry not sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️

I casually told a guest today that I literally never stop dreaming, and I don’t think I’ve ever said something more true.

You can be anything you want to be. You can do anything you want to do. Dream big, work hard, and never stop chasing whatever sets your soul on fire, and surround yourself with the people who support that.
