It’s moments like these that make you stop, look back, and reflect on life and how careless we can sometimes be with ourselves. We all face obstacles in life. We have our ups, our downs, our victories, and our struggles. For most of my life after high school, I battled a never-ending roller coaster with my weight. Losing it, gaining it back, and starting all over again. Sometimes, you have to dig deep within yourself, look in the mirror, and say, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! IT’S TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE, DO BETTER, AND BE BETTER!” My journey has been FAR from easy. From having lap-band surgery to undergoing a full gastric bypass, and later using Wegovy for a period of time to help maintain my progress, I’ve been through a lot. But here I am today, standing tall and proud of how far I’ve come! THEN: 447 LBS | 6X Shirt | 58” Waist NOW: 235 LBS | XL Shirt | 36” Waist 212 POUNDS GONE! 💪🏼🔥 And let me tell you something… I PAT MYSELF ON THE BACK! Because nobody knows the battles, the sacrifices, the setbacks, and the determination it took to get here. DISCIPLINE. DEDICATION. WILLPOWER. AND FAITH IN GOD. 🙏🏼 I’m happier. I’m healthier. I feel better about myself, and YES… I absolutely LOVE SHOPPING FOR CLOTHES NOW! 🤷🏻‍♂️😂👕 This journey wasn’t just about losing weight. It was about finding myself again, taking control of my life, and becoming a better version of ME. I’m not perfect, and my journey isn’t over. But one thing is certain… 🗣️ I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK, GOD IS GOOD… ALL THE TIME! 📸 Photo Credit: My man Nico 💙👊🏼 #WeightLossJourney #Transformation #ChangeIsGood #FoodIsAnAddiction #BeforeAndAfter by @chef_riverae

🎃HALLOWEEN🎃 was really good to us! He was ok with not going trick-or-treating during the day. I liked the fact he’s getting into cars and asking questions and literally getting into every vehicle in the showroom. We said goodbye to 💚ESMERALDA💚 & we welcomed 🤍PEARL🤍 with open arms! 2026 Nissan Pathfinder SL 4WD Everest White Pearl TriCoat with Charcoal Leather Interior and all the bells & whistles! 🗣️SHE’S A 🤬UCKING BEAUTY!😍 🤍 A 📸 BITCHESTM * @nissan #meetpearl #shessopretty #shelovesmealready #godisgood @_noellemariee @iamdinodan by @chef_riverae
🏈🐯 BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE HOBOKEN MIDDLE SCHOOL TIGERS FOOTBALL TEAM! 🐯🏈 These young men played their final game yesterday, wrapping up an incredible season with an impressive 5-1 RECORD! 💪🏆 I couldn’t be prouder of these young athletes! The hard work, dedication, discipline, and heart they showed throughout the season speak volumes about their character and love for the game. A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE COACHING STAFF! 👏 You guys put in countless hours working with these kids, teaching them not only the game of football but also the importance of teamwork, respect, commitment, and sportsmanship. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and it is truly appreciated! To all the players, keep your heads high, continue working hard, and remember that the lessons you learn on that field will carry you far beyond football. What a season! Looking forward to coming back even stronger next year! 🏈 A 📸™️ #HobokenTigers #TigerPride #HobokenMiddleSchool #YouthFootball #ProudOfOurBoys @iamtyrelldortch @kyrin_rhone23 @chipper871 @hobokenpublicschooldistrict by @chef_riverae
THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL A TRUE BEST FRIEND AND BROTHER! I wouldn’t trade this man for anything in the world! There’s a reason why I chose him to be my son’s Godfather, and that decision was made with love, trust, and respect. You couldn’t ask for a more genuine, loyal, respectful, and loving person. This man is not only a best friend, but a brother, a role model, and the true definition of what a REAL MAN should be. A man of character, integrity, loyalty, and a heart of gold. Someone who leads by example, stands on his word, and shows through his actions what it means to be a good man. In life, you come across many people, but very few leave a lasting impression on your heart and your family. This man is one of those rare individuals. I’m proud to call you my best friend, honored to call you my brother, and blessed to have you as my son’s Godfather. Thank you for being the man you are, for always being genuine, and for showing my son the kind of man he should aspire to become. Some friendships are for a season, but brotherhood like ours is for a lifetime! 41+ years of friendship and we have never had an argument. Much love and respect, my brother. ALWAYS Thank You for loving my son the way you do, we love you NINO! @junebug_720 💙 A 📸 BITCHES™️ #ninoandnico #goodeats #qualitytime #bestgodfather #weloveyou @_noellemariee @iamdinodan by @chef_riverae
