Bit of a full circle moment this one!

While most kids were watching cartoons, I was glued to Kitchen Nightmares, Boiling Point, and The F word, watching Gordon tear restaurants apart and thinking, for some reason, “Ya… that’s the life for me.” 😂

Fast forward a few years leaving my home in Cork dreaming about becoming the best I possibly could, to winning Hell’s Kitchen, and now making my debut on another one of the very shows I grew up watching.

I’ve been lucky enough to have some incredible opportunities along the way, and hopefully there are plenty more to come. But getting to work alongside someone I’ve looked up to for most of my life, is something I'll never take for granted.

Plenty of long days, mistakes, laughs and miles travelled to get here… and I still feel like I’m only getting started.

I still cannot believe I am apart of this iconic winners circle. HK has always been such a massive part of my life growing up and to meet my idols and chefs that inspired me to become who I am today.. priceless. Honored to walk next to them, have my photo hang next to theres and most importantly, call them friends.
