SUCHHH AN EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT FOR YALL ON THIS ONE!! So blessed and excited to be back at our second home tomorrow night 10/03 @fillmoreafters !!! I’ve been diving deep into getting my food more community based and I couldn’t be more excited to be teaming up with one of my favorite locals that used to live here in the valley @allie.radd for her headlining show here!!! We are coming at you with RAD ROLLS (my famous lumpia) that I would highly recommend you combo with these delicious smashed cucumbers that I’m going to prepare as well which will be these heavily drained cucumbers soaked in Chinese black vinegar, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, a little suguhhh, tons of fresh garlic, a little salt & peppuh, with, plenty of sesame seeds and then some more of that delicious Thai Tea I started making recently served over ice in these colorful gremlin juice pouches 👀 who knows maybe if you combo all three, I’ll set you up with a sweet deal so you can get the full RADD experience!! These will pair beautifully with her dope set she’s gonna be throwing down!! PLEASE DONT FORGET THIS IS A COSTUME-ENCOURAGED SHOW!!! I wanna see yall rockin’ SPOOKY HORROR fits and if that’s not your vibe, you better be dressin like an out-of-this world ALIEN😈😈😈 tickets run around $35!!! SEE YALL TOMORROW NIGHT, Food runs until close and we WILL sell out as I’m only making this batch for tomorrow night 👀 (last picture is how full and tired you’re going to be feeling when you combo it all up and then dance the night away) by @chef_xcalibur

Yallllll, we got a huge food collab and fun night coming in HOT at @fillmoreafters this Friday. This event is a pirate & mermaid themed night so make sure you dress the part… YARGH… for grub I’m going to be doing a Wing night collaboration with my boy @seventysevenlemons!! For the special collab with my bruthuh, I’m going to be crafting HOT HONEY LEMON PEPPER WINGS.. I’m also going to be featuring my exquisite Buffalo wings that use an amped up Buffalo sauce that I create by simmering together Frank’s Red Hot with white distilled vinegar, and Worcestershire until it gets nice and bubbly…. I throw it in a blender and then I emulsify cold unsalted butter until it’s nice and creamy… I then whisk in garlic powder and cayenne pepper and of COURSE, I craft a beautiful homemade Ranch Dressing with all Fresh ingredients… will also be bringing back my gluten free hash cakes as well with my homemade chipotle aioli, and because I’ve had so many requests, I’m going to bring back the LUMPIA!!

Another big part of this collab is going to ticket giveaway that will feature a free ticket entry for the evening as well as a free entree of your choice from me. ☺️☺️

To enter the ticket giveaway please tag at LEAST 3 of your bestest friends in the comments, repost this post, post this post on your story and make sure you follow @fillmoreafters , @seventysevenlemons , and my page @chef_xcalibur to be eligible to win!!

We will freereveal the ticket+entree giveaway winner Thursday around 5pm…

This event will feature:

LIVE EDM DJs & LIVE MUSIC, KARAOKE BUS + EMO NIGHT PARTY BUS, RETRO VIDEO GAME STATION, FIRE SPINNERS, GOGO DANCERS & POLE PERFORMERS, TATTOO ARTIST + TOOTH GEM VENDOR, ART & JEWELRY VENDORS, PHOTO BOOTH + DOODLE BOOTH, SHIBARI ARTIST + TAROT READINGS, WORM-OFF COMPETITION, AND SO MUCH MORE

Are you team Mermaid..? OR Team Pirate?? 👀

Even if you don’t win the raffle, tickets can be purchased at https://yajaira-eve.com and YES, we still in the pre-sale!!

I’m not going to sit here and type a long drawn out caption because the pictures tell enough of the story.

This was one of the most beautiful and healing weekends in my life. So many smiles… So many laughs… So many tears of joy…

The Gorge will always hold a place in my heart… If you’re thinking about taking that trip, DO IT. Core memories are forever 🥹🥹 taken in The Gorge Amphitheatre by @chef_xcalibur
