A lot can happen in five years. None of this was planned. I just kept following my heart every step of the way. Grateful for every part of it, the good and especially the bad ❤️❤️❤️ by @chefadamserota

Cooking my favorite foods and growing up as a chef right in front of you has been the greatest journey of my life… This is the most fun I’ve ever had… I never want it to end. Thank you for allowing me to be me 🫶

AFC East Champs know how to prepare to win! Back to back to back to back, we get the Bills right every time they come down to play in Miami. Thank you to @j_poyer21 for putting this event on every year and for our partners making this night and this weekend such a success for the @buffalobills ‼️

Shout out to the team who makes all of this possible:

Fueling the U 🏈🍊 Last night the Canes brought our crew in to throw down for the football boosters, and we did what we do best 🔥 Huge thanks to the Canes for having us! This is how championship programs operate 🏆

On the menu: Chef Adam’s famous Sushi Nachos, Hawaiian Chicken Sliders, Caprese Pipettes, Quesaribeye Street Tacos, and a few more of our signature hits 👨‍🍳🔥 A full spread built to impress a room full of diehard Canes supporters, because the Canes know who to call when they need to show out. Thank you to everyone who made it happen, especially to Chef Manny and Chef George on the 1s & 2s all night! #ItsAllAboutTheU #GameChangingFuel by @chefadamserota

Notes from the past 365 🤍

A year ago today my life changed forever. I was given gifts that felt like torture, and these gifts ended up being the best thing that ever happened for me. Humbled, grateful, wiser, laser-focused, living freer and happier than I’ve ever been. The experience molded me into the best version of myself yet.

I journaled, I did therapy, I put my head down and worked my ass off. I grew a six figure business into an 8 figure business, and scaled across the entire country in one of the most difficult industries in the world.

I nearly gave up so many times throughout.. what I went through was hell. But now I look back so proud of who I’ve become and what I’ve conquered. And now, living every day experiencing the results of that hard work… Where we’re going is simply unbelievable. Professionally, personally, spiritually, emotionally… Every day I continue to become the best version of myself.

I didn’t do this alone. And I couldn’t have. My people, my village… I’m forever grateful for everyone who stuck by my side, knew the truth, and kept me focused.

What a year. by @chefadamserota
