Simple je without any dressing. The pickle onions and the watermelon become the 'dressing ' with Lamb leaves as a base, cold-lamb slice as the protein with thinly sliced radishes to give a lil bit of crisps to the whole dish. - lamb lettuce - roast lamb- pickled onions- watermelon cubes- drop comments if you would like the recipe by @chefaduamran

I did an hour and 20 minutes on my first walk in this beautiful part of South of France ( on my second day but didn't start yesterday b'cos of jet lag ) The reward? A peach and a cuppa coffee-NO sugar! I usually walk/jog on an empty stomach to burn the fat as energy. Today I started at 6am - 7.20am as iy is summer, it's already bright but nice chilly morning Gonna have a light lunch but will have proper dinner with family and friends. Creative works are my real voice. I hear they speak much more eloquently than me. They are like my shields or if it's a party, they are my costumes! Don't get me wrong ( or right ) I am actually quite beige and indigo inside. Nothing too colourful nor extravagant in the core of my being.Wrapped in chaotic and ununiform lattices of low self-esteem and nervousness. What I want is very sure. Somewhat much clearer than what I need as I feel a need, is well, needy. I guess I am too, in silence. I spent so much time on my own growing up with my only friends were my siblings. I didn't have any best friends until I left secondary school. I quickly warm to the idea of 'close friends ' but one little slack of unmatched expectation with my unsophisticated mind, will deter from and bin that idea. I am more forgiving and laid back, almost nonchalant when it comes to love though. Because I am always bloated with it! My heart is burgeoning with it and I don't have enough channels to, Chanel it ( what cumbersome sentences Adu! ) The point of this post? Nothing really. I am just so at the end of my tether with this effing autocorrect machine and the fact that my spelling is so bloody rusty because of technology!!!! by @chefaduamran

'House music' always gets me up and move and this particular number has been my bestest walk/jog friend since forever! It holds a lot of memories dancing the night away with friends and family whom I made when was living in Langkawi, in the early 90's!There was only one club called 𝑫'five ( lame and expected lol in Delima resorts - got the pun? ) that we frequented after I closed my kitchen at 11pm. When the club closed, we'd move on to Pantai Tengah and danced on the nonchalant beach club eagerly waiting for this song to spin ( well, there was no DJ pun 😂 ) we would scream and jump and hug each other with no worries in the world! With just joy and happiness! We had no blood-family but we created a family! Then we moved on to my best friend's place ( late ) Brigitte and she would cook us spaghetti Aglio olio and we chatted and drank until the sun rose!Some of us have passed away. . Most of us are still alive and live in KL but our paths took different turns, sadly and we don't hang out even for meals ( they are far too rich and successful to come to my humble place, understandable ) at my restaurant. I miss Brigitte for we were the best friends in crime! I managed to see her in Munich a few months before she died! I don't miss Langkawi though as I think the island is wrecked. Our 'secret beach' had been snatched to build the 4 seasons! And pantai Tengah is just too 'hipster' and such a tourist trap which had lost its soul. And Pantai Cenang is now like a cheap Arab beach holiday destination! But, 'The Night train' lives on with me, not in a club, nor at any beach but in my steps, most mornings, some 100km a month! by @chefaduamran
