If the world’s most iconic paintings came to Miami for Art Basel… we’re pretty sure this is what they’d look like.
Mona Lisa traded her mysterious smile for a fresh Mediterranean platter.
American Gothic? Upgraded to bowls full of color and flavor.
And the Girl with the Pearl Earring is now serving kabob energy — Miami edition.

Because in this city, art isn’t just something you hang on a wall.
It’s something you taste, you live, and you share.

In the Mediterranean, every great meal starts with a story… and every story starts at the grill.🔥

Chef Ali grew up around the aromas of open-fire cooking — fresh herbs, real spices, slow-marinated meats, and the kind of hospitality that turns food into memory.
Today in Miami, he keeps that tradition alive one kabob at a time.

Our kabobs follow the core principles of the Mediterranean diet:
✅ real protein
✅ fresh vegetables
✅ olive oil, herbs, and spices
✅ balanced, vibrant, heart-healthy flavors

No shortcuts. No fillers. Just the way it’s been done for generations.

So when you see Chef Ali cooking… you’re not just watching a meal being made.
You’re watching a story from the Mediterranean brought to life in Miami — right here at Rice. taken in Miami, Florida by @chefali_ricekitchen

Our Kamy is so proud to wear his soccer jersey, especially knowing it’s sponsored by his family company. It’s a special connection that brings our family, our work, and his passion for the game together in a meaningful way. @ricekitchenmiami @esimia @chefali_ricekitchen @ricekitchenmiami @respoot by @chefali_ricekitchen
