📍Rules - London’s oldest restaurant est 1798. 🇬🇧

We had such a wonderful time visiting this beautiful restaurant. Rules oozes luxury & class. It really takes you back in time with its Edwardian settings and history!🌹

And the most important part, the food & service was outstanding. Its a very special experience - which id highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much Jenny & John for our birthday present. ❤️

*little fun fact - we manage to bag ourselves the table used in the James Bond film ‘Spectre’*🎞 🎥

Started 2025 the best way I know how, amazing food at a new favorite! I booked @petit_coco_cheltenham in Cheltenham for NYE, hoping for a little slice of France, and wow, it delivered. The vibe is so intimate, menus handwritten on blackboards (love), and the decor is just beautiful.

The food? Well, incredible 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼✨ I went for the comté cheese soufflé, duck à l’orange with dauphinoise potatoes and ended with a crème brûlée, every bite was pure heaven. Service was flawless too!

It’s definitely more of a special occasion spot, but worth every penny. If you haven’t been, add it to your list. Trust me, you’ll thank me later! 🇫🇷

And on that note, Happy New Year all! Here’s to a wonderful 2025 ✨

There’s nothing more satisfying than a cosy roast dinner in the heart of the Cotswolds. An open fire, perfectly cooked beef, and a glass of 0% gin jokes (I did wish it was a large glass of red wine, but that’s what happens when you’re doing Dry Jan 🙃)

It was a proper cosy pub, and for a roast I was genuinely impressed. I sometimes find roasts can be a bit overrated for the price point, but £22 for the beef felt like really good value and it was delicious. Extra points for the gravy too, because nothing ruins a roast faster than rubbish gravy 🤣

I also loved the little shop where you can pick up a few goodies to take home, such a lovely touch! #cotswoldroast #thegreendragon by @chefanyeats

little @berenjaklondon , but make it countryside! 🌳🧆🫓

made it out to try the little sister of the soho spot and honestly, the flavours were insane.

the jujeh chicken kebab was so juicy and tender it literally melted in your mouth, with that proper smoky char coming through. paired it with the mast-o khiar yoghurt, cucumber, raisins and mint, which was the perfect little fresh side

but the dish that stole the show for me was the kashk-e bademjoon. coal-roasted aubergine, crispy onions and so much flavour. absolute perfection and easily my favourite! 🤌🏼

we weren’t even massively hungry, so i’m excited for the next visit because there’s so much more i want to try.

the preserved lemon mezcal marg? yeah… that was a very good decision! anything mezcal related, I’m sold!! 🍋

little berenjak, i’ll be back

this focaccia sandwich hallelujah 🤝

hands down the best place to grab a warm, buttery filled focaccia with fresh mortadella ham, stracciatella cheese & pistachio pesto!!!! 😮‍💨

Holiday of a lifetime 🌴🥥🌊🐚🐘 by @chefanyeats

Back home after 18 days in Thailand, and I’m still thinking about it all so much… 🥺

One of the highlights was a cooking class I booked on @getyourguide . We started at a local market, choosing fresh herbs and vegetables and learning about all the different spices — it felt so slow and intentional, I loved every second. Then back at the cooking school, we each chose the dishes we wanted to make, which made it feel really personal (and very wholesome).

Everything we cooked was incredible, but I somehow didn’t take a photo of the mango sticky rice… which probably says everything. I was so busy enjoying it that it never even crossed my mind 🥭✨ it quickly became a little obsession of mine for the rest of the trip. I came home 90% full of mango sticky rice! 😂📈

Feeling very grateful for the food, the people, and the pace of life over there. One of those trips that stays with you for a while!! Plus I’ve got some lovely content to share, so I’ll be posting more of the amazing food I had whilst I was out there! 🌶️🥬🫚🥟🍜🍙🍤

Safe to say we ate GURDDDD in Thailand 🇹🇭

🌺🌴🥥🥟🥭🌶️🍚🍵🧋🍶🥢

Everyone says it but it’s true, nothing compares to a proper Pad Thai or mango sticky rice when you’re actually there. It just hits on a whole new level!

Mango sticky rice became a bit of an obsession for me. I’ve had it before but this turned into a mission to try it everywhere we went! 😂Some with pandan, some with butterfly pea, all slightly different but the mango every single time was unreal. So fresh, so sweet, actual heaven. I definitely lived off sticky rice and I’m not even mad about it.

And then Khao Soi in Chiang Mai… wow. I did not expect to fall for it the way I did. Rich, fragrant, full of flavour with those crispy egg noodles on top, easily one of the best curries I’ve ever had. Already excited to recreate it now I’ve brought home all the herbs and pastes from the food markets we stumbled across.

Oh the Thailand blues are really kicking in 🥲

Anyways, here’s a few of my favourites from the trip….
