Some stories start in a family kitchen, this one did too. Archna grew up watching her mother, father, and grandmother cook with nothing but instinct and love: no measuring cups, no timers, just memory. By 14 she was working in restaurants. By her senior year of college, she’d opened her first one.

She founded @bhojanic to bring real Indian food to America, no Americanizing, no shortcuts, no heavy sauces covering up what the cuisine actually is. Every dish made from scratch, exactly as it was always meant to be.

Then Covid hit, and everything paused overnight. Instead of waiting it out, Archna built something new: @tandooriatl, reimagining the soul of Bhojanic through pizza, wings, bowls, and street food.

30 years in, and she’s just getting started. 🌶️
