And experience a bit behind the scenes how the food make it to our table and how some of the most famous dishes are presented in one of the top Michelin star restaurant @kanishkamayfair

Kanishka is a Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant, and getting the chance to go into the kitchen, meet the chefs and watch them bring each dish to life was honestly a dream for a foodie like me.

And to make the fat even more special, I got to sit down and chat with @chefatulkochhar one of the chefs l’ve admired and looked up to for so long.
We spoke about food, flavours, his journey and the little details

Come with me inside a Michelin-starred kitchen and experience food from Kitchen to table....

Not just sitting at the table and enjoying the food, but stepping behind the scenes at @kanishkamayfair, and experiencing what happens in the kitchen and spend time with chefs where they showcase some of the most famous dishes of Kaniska.

And to make the experience even more special, I got to sit down and chat with @chefatulkochhar one of the chefs l’ve admired and looked up to for so long.

We spoke about food, flavours, his journey and the little details that can completely transform a dish. Hearing his passion and knowledge firsthand was such a special experience.

Watching the chefs work, seeing the precision behind every plate and then tasting the finished dishes gives you a completely different appreciation for fine dining.

There are moments in a chef’s journey that are less about the food on the plate and more about the people you share the kitchen with.

A privilege to share the kitchen at @jashandallas with legendry @chefatulkochhar @chefbhasin and Chef @prasanna.singaraju — different culinary experiences and a shared passion for Indian cuisine.

Kitchens have a beautiful way of bringing chefs together through food, conversations, ideas and of course a little camaraderie.
