Kaskagorri - Vitoria-Gasteiz 😋 (really liked the city and meal was great) 🙃
Casa Senra Donostia - Pintxos in Gros San Sebastián
Txiki Taberna - Gros San Sebastián
Restaurante Toma y Daka - Plaza Nueva Bilboa (the square has a few good places located in this area) 👍
Gelati Gelati - near the Guggenheim in Bilboa. (There’re lots of icecream stalls on the streets. Pistachio scoop was lush 😋)
Bar Mendi Berri - Pintxos in Gros San Sebastián
Balearri Jatetxea - Getaria
La Viña - Old Town San Sebastián (the shelves a full of cheesecake, so a good place to grab a soft slice) taken in Basque Country by @chefbacher

been making my “quick risotto” since i made it one night after coming back late from a concert. had to try to find some dinner from an offy and this is what i came up with ….. rice with pesto, mushrooms & caramalised onions. i added some cavalo this time 🍚🍄🌿 by @chefbacher

Chag Sameach! Happy Hannukah! Here is my non-traditional take on a traditional Latke. Made them gluten free and vegan by taking out the egg and swapping Matzos Meal for polenta. 🥔🧅🕎
