🚨🍧 NEW DROP ALERT — AND THIS ONE HITS DIFFERENT.

BC’S ICYS can now be found at Sawdust Art Festival in Laguna Beach… and there’s something really full-circle about this one.

Since moving to Southern California, Sawdust has been one of those places we’ve come to with our whole family — wandering the paths, meeting artists, soaking up the creativity and leaving inspired.

And the more we learned about how Sawdust began, the more this moment meant to us.

Back in 1968, a small group of independent Laguna Beach artists decided to step outside the traditional art scene. They leased a eucalyptus grove in Laguna Canyon, built their own village by hand, and covered the dirt pathways with sawdust.

They believed enough in what they were creating to build a place for it themselves.

That part really resonates with us.

BC’S ICYS started pretty similarly — not with a storefront, a big company or some master plan. Just an idea, our family, a whole lot of experimenting, and the belief that we could make something different and put it out into the world.

We started small.
We kept showing up.
We built it our way.

And now, somehow, the little Italian ices we started making can be found amongst the artists, makers and dreamers at Sawdust. 🥹🍧🎨

That makes this drop pretty damn special.

Will it icy part 8: strawberry rhubarb 🍓
Where sweet and tart meet. Every great flavor has to start somewhere... this one just happened to start in our blender.
The final verdict: It ICIED. 🍧✨
Turns out strawberry and rhubarb don’t just belong in pie—they make a pretty great Italian ice too.

Will it icy part 7: sugar snap peas 🫛
Every great idea starts with a what if… unfortunately this wasn’t one of those times. We blended them. We tested them. We then question every decision which led us here.
The final verdict: it did NOT icy.
