Honored & Grateful !

Standing alongside legends like @chefmanjitgill and Chef @sudhirsibal is a moment of immense pride. Not sure if I truly deserve this just yet, but I promise to uphold this recognition with dedication and relentless passion.

“मैं अकेला ही चला था जानिब-ए-मंज़िल मगर,
लोग साथ आते गए और कारवाँ बनता गया।”

That’s exactly what happened with Jashan!

When I first met @prasanna.singaraju , the owner/ the soul/ the chef .... the slate was completely blank, but the vision was crystal clear.

He said "I am not here to build a restaurant… I am here to build *THE* restaurant.”

And today, that vision has turned into something truly special. Jashan is the only Michelin-recommended restaurant in Plano, and the only one in Dallas and North Texas.

What started with a blank slate and an unwavering belief has become a milestone worth celebrating.

Dreaming big is one thing. Living that dream, especially in the hospitality business, where everything is subjective and challenges are part of everyday life, takes extraordinary conviction.

But Prasanna believed in his vision, backed it with courage, and made it happen.

A big thank you to Chef @ramesh.thangarj and Chef @akshrajjodha for joining this *karwaan* and becoming a part of this incredible journey.

For me, this is what hospitality is all about — people, passion, shared belief, and the courage to create something that stands apart.

JASHAN IS IN THE MICHELIN GUIDE! ❤️

On November 13, 2025, we opened our doors with a simple belief: Indian cuisine deserves to be celebrated for everything it already is — its history, its extraordinary techniques, its diversity, and above all, its soul.

Today, less than eleven months later, Jashan has been recognized as a 2026 MICHELIN Selected restaurant.

We’re proud. A little emotional. And incredibly grateful.

To our chefs and kitchen team, who pour their hearts into every plate.

To our service team, who make Jashan feel like a Jashan.

And to our guests, who took a chance on us, came back, celebrated life’s moments with us, and helped us become better every single day.

This recognition belongs to all of you.
