Ingredients play one of the biggest roles in what I do behind curating an experience, storytelling, preparation and organization, oh yeah and cooking not to mention planning and the vibration/ energy transfer…

So many things are looked at linear or one dimensional and the most important get over looked…

About 2 months ago we filmed in Barcelona for CHEFONTOUR and one of my storytellers was @degzy99 Derrick McKenzie who is an amazing soul and full of energy!
