With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Chris combines influences from the African diaspora, Caribbean traditions, and modern culinary techniques. Currently a Culinary Arts educator at Madison Park Technical Vocational High School in Boston, Chris is passionate about using food as a tool for education, opportunity, and community. I Part two—because apparently a culinary degree doesn’t stop questionable decisions 😂 After a long shift, Michelin stars can’t compete with Taco Bell, cereal for dinner, Chinese takeout and a cold cheap beer in peace.

I can make a five-course meal…..!!!but sometimes I want fries straight out the bag 😂 after working 14 hrs shift. Being a chef doesn’t mean everything has to be fancy. It just means I know exactly how questionable this is…and I’m eating it anyway 🤷🏾‍♂️
