On this date September 19th, 1963 on the steps of the hurtz gymnasium at Morgan State University 12 brown men founded the Iota Phi Theta fraternity incorporated! It has given me brothers, open doors, unlimited opportunities to access any field of knowledge I choose to inquire about! Whether it be aboard or domestic at Stockton university or any other college my feet touch as long as some brown and gold as present I know I’ll be good!! Every movement is intentional! Heat controlled, flavors layered, technique dialed in! This isn’t just a dish… it’s a statement.

Built from discipline. Finished with soul!

This is how I cook! Asè
