These were so good! Waffle iron potato skins, topped with crispy turkey bacon, chives, cheddar and sour cream. Yum!

#chefcourt1 #travelingchef #potatoskins #waffleiron #complexcarbs

1. Boil small red or yellow potatoes
2. Season potatoes and drizzle with oil
3. Heat up small waffle iron
4. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray
5. Add potato and smash until closed
6. Let cook about 5 minutes
Remove and add toppings. Enjoy! 😊 by @chefcourt1

One of the best concerts, even with the delay! New York is one of my favorite cities to visit!

Perfectly imperfect three layer chocolate cake.

It’s gluten free, dairy free, and super moist! This cake is delightful!

I wished my client a Happy Birthday a few days early. May this new year bring him abundant joy, good health and countless reasons to smile!

Pics from March and April. Food (🔥 potato salad), travel, time with my favorite girl, baked a bit, attended a few games to support my clients, and finally got grass to grow in my yard!

Have a great month of May! Headed back to NY and Ohio soon. May bake cookies before the month ends, since I have a few weeks off (I’m not baking for Mother’s Day).

That was hands down the best concert! The transitions between each act were absolutely seamless.

Our first concert as teenagers featured Salt-N-Pepa, Heavy D & the Boyz, and Keith Sweat in Dayton, Ohio—an unforgettable experience! by @chefcourt1

I’m grateful for my extended family!

The Dutch family was the very first family David and I met when we moved to South Fulton 25 years ago! CJ was in 2nd grade and David in 1st. I witnessed this young man grow up, graduate college, get married, and take over the family business!

His love for horticulture and people, has translated into blessings for me! When David passed, I needed things to keep me busy, so I chose yard work, which can be overwhelming, when you have as much yard as I do!

The fruit tree project was completed in March/April 2026. Fourteen fruit trees were planted, 65 bags of mulch were spread, and 20 smaller trees/vines were removed. The flowerbed rock project was completed in 2024.

I’m extremely proud of this young man! I love you! THANK YOU! 🙌🏽

I absolutely love my job! Pregame meal.

I post these pics to show y’all something real — pro players eat the same foods you do… their portions are just bigger.

It’s not about eating “special” foods — it’s about consistency and balance. Stay disciplined. Stay intentional. The results will follow.

This is a GOOD LIFE!!
