Looks like the bakery has underproofed this year! What a difference a year makes. Big up to the weight loss 😂 easier to feed when not having to feed a zoo! ❤️ by @chefdanbakerr
The cats out the bag! After 6 years at The Cotley Inn it’s time to hang up the green apron! But not for the fabulous Ben and Maddie, Dan and Dina, but for the opportunity to take on my own kitchen! I’m lucky enough to have the people around me to believe in such a hyperactive, chaotic man! Anyone in their right mind would have had me for the first year and let the loose cannon go! But the network I had around me backed me! For that I am grateful, Growing up was never my plan, it sort of happened for me, 2 years in, my friends and bosses took me in to their home their pub, we grew closer and I grew up, I set myself a challenge and that very challenge was to become a head chef by the age of 30, with a great mentor of food @chefdanbrown I’ve taken on knowledge that I’ve needed of local food and not wasting anything, I’ve met so many people along my time at Cotley that have either shifted me in the right direction or I’ve somehow affected their life,A strange feeling being in hospitality everyone just becomes family, I’m the strange brother that’s a joker and makes an innuendo out of everything! But that’s my part of the puzzle and I wouldn’t change it for the world! Somehow that same puzzle piece manages to fit in to friends and family😅 From the bottom of my heart I appreciate all@close to me, everyone that’s been along the journey, everyone who’s supported me, friends and family that have been to the Cotley but now it’s my time to break away from this great place and expand what will be a great success, See you over the A303 🕯️ love you all Deebs 🇹🇷🦷 by @chefdanbakerr
