Looking back at the Wokuni Tuna Auction in NYC last year.

Got to share with chefs from all around the world and experience a bluefin tuna cutting and auction. Great energy all around — incredible tuna, good drinks, and even better company. @korinknives @wokuni_ny

Lo sigo intentando…Tan cerca el impacto
Hay que ser bien fuertes…Pa’ ver a la muerte
Derecho y honrado…Cansa’o de pensarlo, oh
No puedo evitarlo…Quiero estar juntitos

Madrid Culinary Visits, Part 2.

Kuoco @kuocorestaurante , a 2026 Michelin Guide Selected restaurant in Madrid.
We enjoyed their unique approach to fusion cuisine, blending Asian, Latin American, and European influences in a way that feels entirely its own.
