Easy Moist Banana Bread Recipe with Nuts and Fruits Toppings

Simple Ingredients list for banana bread recipe

Homemade Buttermilk
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
(Mix and set aside for 5 minutes)

Wet Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
2 large eggs
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup milk
½ cup buttermilk

Dry Ingredients
2 cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Bake: 350°F for 50–60 minutes

For this beginner-friendly Chicken peppersoup recipe, I used Hard chicken (cut and washed thoroughly)
• Onions
• Red bell pepper
• 2 Scotch bonnet (small but mighty 🔥)
• 2 tablespoons Uziza powder
• 3 tablespoons Pepper soup spice
• 2 tablespoons Salt
• Basil leaves (as a substitute for scent leaves)
• Water (to your preferred consistency)

Bought green onions (scallions) once and I’ve been regrowing them ever since..

If you’re throwing away the roots, you’re wasting money 👀
Just place them in water, change the water often and watch them grow back in DAYS!

Day 1 → April 24
Day 4 → April 28
