Hi Loves,it’s Sunday and for me it’s a ritual to eat Rice, so chicken sauce is a must.
Chicken:
- 350g of chicken thighs / breast, cut into bit sizes
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Paprika
- Chili flake
- Onion powder
- Oil
Sauce:
- sweet chili sauce
-dark soy sauce
- light Soy sauce
- cornstarch slurry (2tsp + 3 tsp water)
- 2-3 Bell peppers
- water

1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda powder

Doughnut 🍩 is one pastry, I can comfortably tell you to be careful while making because it can go wrong even when you think you got it,But consistency will always be a go for me.

INGREDIENTS

500g all purpose flour
5tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
1 egg
1 cup water (250ml)
50g margarine

You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.

500g minced beef
1 tablespoon oil small onion (chopped)
2 medium sized carrot (diced)
2 medium Irish potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 Small red bell pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 Knor beef seasoning cube (crushed)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika optional)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup of water (put in bits)
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
