For one of my favorite client couples, I recommend a romantic three-course anniversary dinner. Start with a refreshing watermelon salad that combines juicy watermelon, sweet figs, and crumbled feta, all drizzled with a honey-balsamic glaze and garnished with fresh mint. For the second course, serve spicy jerk shrimp, marinated and grilled to perfection, accompanied by a cooling pineapple salsa for a vibrant Caribbean touch. Finally, delight them with a main course of broiled Chilean sea bass, perfectly paired with creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed asparagus and spinach, This elegant and flavorful dining experience is sure to make their anniversary truly special.

Whenever my cousins are in town, you already know we’re throwing down in the kitchen. This week, we explored different techniques, tested out new recipes, and had a blast doing what we do best, COOKING!

Check out this Spicy Clam Fettuccine. Perfectly al dente pasta, grilled clams, a bold kick of spice, and that rich buttery finish.
