Nostalgia is real ! There's no better feeling than giving back to the institute that shaped me. What an incredible learning experience – life truly comes full circle.❤️🧿 taken in Vivekanand Institute Of Management Ahmedabad by @chefgatiporecha

The passion which made me what I am today. I never knew I would come out so strong with my career. The thing which can change my mood upside down, the thing which makes me confident about myself, the thing which makes me feel proud of myself. by @chefgatiporecha

Waiting for Rains ⛈️☔️

It’s that time of the year when dark clouds gather in the sky & the rain showers its love on everyone. Some glimpses from short escape into nature, where every moment is refreshing, felt & beautiful.

Being chef this time meant everything.

3 months of planning.
2 hours of execution.

From conceptualising the menu and designing the dessert table installation to setting everything up together. Handling logistics, fabrication, budgeting, and a hundred moving parts in between.

Though It began with listing the goodies we wanted on the menu, but over the next three months, most days were spent sourcing raw materials and display elements, meeting vendors, designing tables and booths, and getting custom stands and bowls made exactly to our needs.
And in between? Daily kitchen trials—tweaking flavours, looks, and presentation till every dessert screamed wow.

The final two days were intense, balancing execution and last-minute details. Despite feeling exhausted and pressured, I maintained composure, ensuring everything came together.Last moments Arranging , servers training staff, sourcing replacements, and sourcing small stuffs at the last moment from double tape to imported berries - the experience was exhilarating and chaotic.
