12 years of you. ❤️ The one who made me a mom and changed our lives forever.

What an amazing year it’s been. I’m so proud of the kind, funny, smart and determined young man you’re becoming.

And now, Grade 7 and your final year of elementary school. Such a big year ahead, and I feel so lucky to have a front-row seat for all of it. 🥹❤️🏈 Happy Birthday 🎂 by @chefgurj

What an incredible flag football season with our WRU U14/12U family. From competing in four highly competitive tournaments including the unforgettable opportunity to represent the WRU program @nflcanada @nflflag Nationals in Ottawa. This group continued to grow, compete, and make us proud every step of the way. To the athletes, thank you for your commitment, resilience, and willingness to learn. Watching your confidence and love for the game grow has been the greatest reward. To our amazing parents, thank you for the countless hours, road trips, sideline energy, and unwavering support that helped make this season so special.

A special thank you to Coach Rashaun @widereceiveruni for the vision, leadership, and passion you’ve poured into building the WRU program. Your commitment to creating opportunities for these young athletes is inspiring, and it’s been an honour to coach alongside you. Championships are a goal, but the memories, friendships, and life lessons built this season will last far longer than any trophy. Proud of every single player who wore the WRU colours, already looking forward to what’s next. 🖤🏈 #WRU #development #noregrets #football #trainingprogram

✨Wrapped in ♥️, laughter, and togetherness this holiday season. So thankful to spend time with family and friends and to slow down in a season that often moves too fast. Wishing everyone a peaceful and happy holiday filled with time with your loved ones. 🎄🎅🏽

Holiday lights, full 💕 The tree is up, the memories are stacking, and these boys are growing way too fast.

Grateful for the laughter, the chaos, and the best kind of magic with my favorite people.

Also taking bets on how much longer I can convince them to wear matching PJs. ✨🎄❤️

This past Monday I had the opportunity to do something I haven’t done in a very long time. Spend the entire day in Seattle with my 72 year old dad. The man who’s had my back since day one.

Growing up as a first generation South Asian boy I played tackle football and my dad came to as many games as possible. When we’d drive home, he asked me about the plays, rules and strategies of football because he wanted to understand the sport better. Fast forward 30-35 years he calls me almost every Sunday/Monday to debrief the @seahawks game.

Monday was a day spent eating fish & chips, walking around downtown, checking out the space needle and capping the night off with Seahawks vs Eagles.
It was a pretty amazing night watching my dad experience his first ever @nfl game and what a game it was.

Cheers to more all day hangs with my man Pappa D!! @jeetarajdhaliwal
