Food is only one part of the experience. We take pride in caring for every detail around it, so our guests can simply sit back and enjoy the evening 🌻

Earlier this summer, we brought Hell’s Kitchen to my table 👹🔥

We teamed up with @disneyplusmena to host an exclusive dinner series inspired by Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2. immersive nights where guests didn’t just watch the show, they stepped into it.

Each course draws from the title and emotional core of its episode, built to hit like the story itself: bold, layered, a little dangerous 🌶️ by @chefhalawa

Warm, homey, slow, intentional, are adjectives I like to describe the experience with 🐦‍🔥

So much to unpack from this long adventures summer 🌞💫🌅🫠🌒🎨 by @chefhalawa

Heroes don’t wear capes, they are humans with a conscience and a drive to tell the truth. 🇵🇸

Around this time last year, I had the pleasure of flipping Maaloubeh with @francesca.albanese.unsr.opt & @ahmedeldin 🥘
.
God bless you both, may we flip many more in Al Aqsa one day ✌🏽 by @chefhalawa

Let’s Fiesta brought our newest arrivals to the table, and Chef Halawa took it for a spin.

Good conversations, shared plates, plenty of laughs, everyone leaving with full hearts (and very full stomachs).

Still not over this one 🤌 by @chefhalawa

Flipping Warak enab pots in Ibiza felt like a dream until it came true.

I had the pleasure of co-hosting a beautifully curated dinner with @thegoodtrip.co at @nomadetempleibiza 🌻

Together, we created a culinary, cultural, and musical experience bringing rich flavours and hospitality from our region to the island.

To many more magical nights 🥂🤍 by @chefhalawa

Let’s Fiesta with Chef Halawa x CarniStore featured a six-course Spanish dinner but there was only one conclusion.

The Galician Tomahawk and T-Bone completely stole the show.

The conversations got louder, the plates got cleaner, and somehow everyone had their eye on the last bite.

Nobody left hungry. And that’s how we do it. ;) by @chefhalawa

Another summer, another trip to our beloved Tunis. Where I feel closest to Palestine 🌻

Felt so proud wearing our Palestinian Ombaz to my friends’ traditional wedding night.. I need to wear it more for sure 🤌🏽🇵🇸
