Brickell mornings done right at @bbistromiami

Fresh pastries, flaky croissants, savory brunch plates, and an affogato that actually lives up to the hype. The vibe is chic but relaxed and the outdoor seating makes it way too easy to stay longer than you planned.

En Argentina arrancamos el día con mate y facturas 🧉🥐… pero acá con langosta y trufa 🦞✨.

Este lugar se llama B Bistro + Bakery, y detrás está Henry Hané, un chef que vivió medio mundo antes de traer su estilo a Miami. Nació en Lima, se formó en Inglaterra, pasó por cocinas Michelin en España y Asia, y terminó mezclando todo eso en su menú.

Su local en Brickell parece una panadería elegante, pero cuando llega la comida entendés que hay técnica, obsesión y arte.
Probamos el Croque Madame, con bechamel y jamón como debe ser. Después los huevos benedictinos con langosta, una locura que funciona. Y el sándwich de la casa, langosta con alioli de trufa y huevo en pan brioche, que no necesitó mucha más presentación.

De postre, los pancakes de guayaba con maple y unos croissants que eran literalmente arte comestible 🎨🥐.

Si te gusta el brunch y estás en Miami, este lugar tiene que estar en tu lista. No solo por lo que comés, sino por lo que transmite: esa mezcla de viajes, técnica y alma que se siente en cada bocado.
