I’m about to take on one of the biggest challenges of my life.

From 5th to 13th December 2026, I will be attempting a Guinness World Record, and this journey means so much more to me than simply breaking a record.

For me, this is about passion, endurance, food, culture and representing where I come from on a bigger stage.

I have spent years building myself, learning, cooking and believing that what I do can go beyond the kitchen. Now, I have the opportunity to push myself further than I ever have before.

The attempt has been approved by Guinness World Records, and preparations are already underway.

I know this journey will not be easy. It will require discipline, strength, support and a lot of determination, but I am ready to give it everything I have.

Most importantly, I want this attempt to be something we all share.

I want Ndi Enugu, my supporters, friends, family, food lovers and everyone who believes in this journey to be part of it.

This is not just my moment.

It is an opportunity to celebrate our food, our people and the resilience that comes from where we are from.

Come December, I will be giving it my all.

I hope you will be there with me as we try to make history together. ❤️🔥
