Try the 순대 from @leebukbang, and you will never be able to have ordinary 순대 again!

@ajlee15 was kind enough to walk us through each dish and explain how the Head Chef infused modern techniques to traditional North Korean 순대 dishes.

The salads and mushroom noodles to the sous vide chicken, boiled pork, and meticulously cooked tenderloin steak with burdock chips; everything was sheer perfection 👌

Every 순대 we had was the best 순대 we've ever had, but the lamb 순대 with 고추장 aioli stole the show! The dish melts in your mouth with minimal gamey-ness that is usually associated with lamb or 순대 🐑

And to top it all off, the homemade rice ice cream with roasted pistachios and horchata tiramisu, these desserts concluded our culinary experience with a bang with strong flavors 🍧🍰

All of the chefs were friendly and informative about each dish and gave excellent drink pairings recommendations 🍷

The environment is very welcoming while being intimate. It's definitely a perfect date night venue!

Went to @socialdive.kr to celebrate my recovery from delivering Baby E!

Had to make sure to check out @jchwang7 's new establishment that has the best view, vibe, and food in Seoul!

The dish I was most looking forward to was the Peruvian chicken dish!

The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside topped off with a fresh cilantro sauce! The pickled onions and veggies balanced the dish so well!

The chicken parm sandwich was so hearty and tasty! The bread was nicely toasted and crunchy on the outside while still chewy on the inside~

The buffalo wings were so creamy and the right amount of spicy!

What made the eating experience even better is the breathtaking view of N Tower and Myeongdong!

Definitely going to be a regular here and check out even more menu items!

I haven't been on my chefjane page for a while because I was busy cooking up a 👶 hehe! Baby E is super healthy and she's already gained almost 1kg in a week. I'm already looking up ways to make easy, healthy & delicious snacks for my baby when she can eat hehe! Be prepared to see some snacks, etc for toddlers later 😋

⚠️SUPER LATE POST⚠️
@johwaevents organized our baby shower, and I loved everything about it! But if I have to pick one, it'll most definitely be the food! Oh! And the venue! They have a great view of the Namsam tower in the bar and the rooftop! I highly recommend this venue for any occasion! 🙂🙃

When the husband takes over the kitchen, he makes spicy kimchi pasta for pregnant wife. (Along with some high quality steak).

But seriously, my first trimester sucked! Thank you @will_shin87 for taking care of me and making sure I eat!
