Private Chef life always keeps you on your toes! 👩‍🍳✨ From planning the menus and sourcing the perfect ingredients, to creating, cooking, and plating every dish—it all comes together when you have an amazing team working side by side. That’s truly the perfect recipe. 💕

And then there’s the traveling Chef life… ✈️ New places, new kitchens, new experiences, and plenty of laughs and memories along the way.

Tonight was such a fun night in the kitchen, creating a beautiful dinner party for 20 guests!

The menu was all about comfort, color, and incredible flavors—tender braised short ribs with creamy mashed potatoes, citrus-rosemary roasted carrots, and a vibrant arugula salad with crispy prosciutto, blueberries, fresh figs, and mozzarella pearls.

We started the evening with mini pupusas topped with smoked pulled pork and artichoke & tomato bruschetta, then finished on a sweet note with silky crème brûlée. 🤍
