Today’s menu was my beautiful Mediterranean whole baked sea bass… I absolutely love making this for the guests because you serve it fillet it at the table for the guests and it’s always a show stopper ✨✨👏👏 🧑‍🍳 🐟

Good food isn’t just about following a recipe. It’s about knowing when to turn up the heat, when to slow it down, and when to simply get out of the way and let the ingredients shine. 🔥

🦞🍝 When lobster bisque gets a little too sexy… so we turn it into PASTA. 🔥

Silky. Saucy. Shellfish luxury.
A little sea, a little sass, and a whole LOT of chef magic. 👩‍🍳✨

Lobster bisque pasta — because ordinary pasta simply wasn’t invited to this yacht. 🛥️🦞

Another day and another beautiful meal to prepare….
Today I served the owners favourite with is sliders for lunch. Then for dinner I served truffle arancini on a homemade tomato and basil sauce followed by classic carbonara for mains 🧑‍🍳 🍝 ❤️‍🔥

A perfect summer’s dinner for a perfect summers night in Greece.
Tomato and burrata salad drizzled with a basil oil and toasted pine nuts followed by my famous butter poached lobster served on a bed of risotto drizzled with a champagne beurre blanc sauce 🧑‍🍳 🦞 🇬🇷
