ഒരു ഇതിഹാസം , കുറെ നേരം അടുത്ത് നിന്ന് ആ ഷൂട്ടിങ് കാണാനും പരിചയ പെടാനും ഒക്കെ പറ്റിയ ഒരു നല്ല സായാഹ്നം. കുശലം ചോദിക്കുന്ന, സരസമായി സംസാരിക്കുന്ന മമ്മൂക്ക ഒരു പൊളി മനുഷ്യൻ ആണെന്ന് ഞാൻ പറയണ്ട കാര്യം ഇല്ലല്ലോ .

I still can’t believe it… Got to stand there and watch him shoot — and honestly, words aren’t enough. The energy, the focus, the perfection, the way he gives his 100% to every single take… it gave me goosebumps.

After seeing him up close, I finally understood why he’s not just an actor, but a living legend. His hard work, discipline, and passion are on another level.

ചില ആഗ്രഹങ്ങൾ അങ്ങനെ ആണ് , അതിൽ സത്യം ഉണ്ട് ഇന്ന് തോന്നിയാൽ സർവേശ്വരൻ വരെ കൂടെ നിൽക്കും.
@mohanlal . ലാലേട്ടനെ ഒന്ന് കാണാൻ ആണ് ആഗ്രഹിച്ചത്, 2 മണിക്കൂറോളം കൂടെ നിന്ന് 7 കോഴ്സ് മെനു കഴിപ്പിക്കാനും , ഓരോ കോഴ്‌സിലും അതിനെ കുറിച്ച് ചോദിക്കുമ്പോ ഡീറ്റൈൽ ആയി പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കാനും പറ്റിയപ്പോ മനസ് നിറഞ്ഞു .
അവസാനം ആ മെനുവിൽ എനിക്കൊരു ഓട്ടോഗ്രാഫ് എഴുതി തരാൻ മാത്രം അല്ല , എനിക്ക് സൂക്ഷിച്ചു വെക്കാനാണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു എന്നെ കൊണ്ട് ഒരു മെനു കാർഡിൽ സൈൻ ചെയ്തു ലാലേട്ടൻ വാങ്ങിയപ്പോ സ്വർഗം ഇറങ്ങി വന്നതാണോ ഭൂമിയിൽ എന്ന് തോന്നി പോയി .

I was in the #coverpage and my #interview was in the @chefpublishing last month. I am feeling double the joy and overwhelming bliss I felt than that,when I saw this months edition. The one and only @gordongram , the #culinarymastermind , A #chef whom I have #admired and #respected and #inspires me in all my life, I know I’m nowhere near what he’s achieved, but sharing the #magazine space with him in alternate months have made me love my job and #passion even more. So #blessed

My little one saw my screensaver and asked me,
“Appa, why is this restaurant your screensaver?
Why isn’t it our picture?
Do you love this restaurant more than us?”

That point-blank question gave me a little shock.

I smiled and told her, “This is my fourth baby… something I conceived years ago, carried in my dreams, and have been preparing to deliver.”

But later, her innocent question made me think deeply.

Life is always about finding that thin line between family, passion and work.

Family is our foundation, wherever life takes us.
Our passion gives us purpose.
Our work gives us the opportunity to build something meaningful.

Some people succeed, some struggle, some sacrifice, and some lose their balance along the way. The truth is, we cannot control everything. But we can choose what we value, where we give our time, and how we make the people we love feel.

Building a dream while keeping your family close is sometimes like playing chess, you have to think several moves ahead.

My dream is important to me.
My work is important to me.
My passion is important to me.

But my family will always be my home.

I pray to the good Lord for the wisdom to keep the momentum, protect the happiness, and never let my ambition take me too far away from the people who matter most.

Because with God, all things are possible. 🙏

From a Jobless Young Boy to Holding the Key to a Dream as Founder .

I landed in this country in September 2008 — a young boy with dreams in his heart, but very little in his hands.

18 years later, in another September, I find myself holding the key to a dream I once only dared to pray for.

Today, this key means far more than opening the doors of a restaurant. It carries the weight of 18 years of struggles, sacrifices, sleepless nights, rejection, uncertainty, hard work, tears, prayers and countless moments when I wondered whether I would ever make it.

There were days I felt completely broken. Days when I had no answers. Days when the journey felt too heavy. But somehow, every time I thought I was walking alone, Jesus was carrying me.

From being a jobless young boy trying to find his place in a new country, to becoming a chef, a leader, and now a founder opening the doors to my own restaurant — this journey has not been easy.

It wasn’t built in a day.
It wasn’t built by luck.
It was built through faith, perseverance, hard work and God’s grace.

And behind this dream stand the people who never stopped believing in me — my parents, my siblings, my wife and my children.

To my parents, thank you for giving me the courage to dream.
To my siblings, thank you for standing beside me through every chapter.
To my wife, @linjo_jomon thank you for believing in me even on the days when I struggled to believe in myself.
And to my children, you are a beautiful reason to keep pushing forward.

And to every person who stood beside me, encouraged me, prayed for me, opened a door, gave me an opportunity, or simply said “keep going” — this moment carries a little piece of all of you.

The tears were real.
The pain was real.
The struggle was real.
But so is the dream.

Today, I don’t just hold a key in my hand.
I hold 18 years of faith, memories, sacrifices and answered prayers.

“Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.”
— Psalm 126:5

September 2008 — I arrived with a dream.
September 2026 — I hold the key to that dream.

And I know this is not the end of the journey.

This is only the beginning. With all your prayers and suppo
