What a difference a year makes!!

Just a glimpse into the journey over the past year. Eternally grateful for the support and push from everyone around me. #Bariatric surgery has completely changed my life for the better. Last summer I was 433 pounds and today I’m at 297!

With the scale showing a 2 in front of my number for the first time since college! For anyone struggling with weight, just know you have options. taken in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by @chefjonboi

Some people go to therapy.

I fire up the pit or get in the kitchen 🥩🔥

This isn’t just food to me. It’s my escape, my creativity, my peace—and honestly, one of the ways I know I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

Ribs don’t always have to be traditional…

My process is slightly different with a quick 2-4 minute sear of over live coals then offset for 3 hours between 325-350 and smoked with Hickory and Pecan 🪵

The result is a beautiful, tender, and most importantly pork flavored rib.

The “Split Decision” for all the indecisive folks 😂

Layered on top of a bed of Mac N Cheese and Fries you’ll find Pulled Pork and Jerk BBQ Chicken!! Brisket can be an option as well 🤪
