Chef demonstrations are at the heart of @@faloysterfest and @chefjudekereama always brings elevated classics to the stage.

This year, Jude will be joined on stage by Emma Lawes from @cornishdairy to chat all things local produce while he creates his dishes, balancing delicate seafood with rich, dairy produce.

Want to take things a step further to recreate his proper moreish festival dishes at home? He's hosting a hands-on Compound Butter masterclass! Head over to our journal via the link in our bio to hear what Jude had to say ahead of this year's festival, with insights into how he'll teach you ways to pair coastal catches with proudly Cornish butter.

It’s National Oyster Day 🦪

And it’s fair to say, we love oysters at Kota Collective.

Natural, tempura, or served with one of our signature dressings — however you like yours, we’ve got you covered.

Have one. Have six. Share them with friends… or why not have them for dessert?

Fresh & local and best enjoyed harbourside washed down with a glass of @cloudybay

The countdown to Kuki is officially on…

If you joined us last summer for our harbour BBQ pop-ups, soaked up the sunshine with a couple of sangrias and tucked into some great food, then trust us… you’re not going to want to miss what’s coming next.

We’re putting the finishing touches together and can’t wait to share it with you.

Keep your eyes peeled… more news is coming very, very soon.
