This year I had a Goal of running a half marathon. An competing somehow. Did not plan to do both within a week apart but I’m glad I did I was able to push my body to new limits. I wanna say I’m glad I did both and I’m proud to say I kept my word. While it may have not smart to do both unless than I week apart I’m happy I did. I wanna thank everyone along the way that helped me make it this far. With not really knowing/training for my strongman I was able to pull out second. Along the way meet some awesome new people!!! And I wanna thank you my number one supporter @blairt97 she had a long week!!! by @chefjuiice

I wanna say 2023 as been a great year. I’m all sad it’s coming to an end this years journey was amazing and learned a lot about myself and life. From being head chef and being able to do what I love to do day in and day out and that’s just to cook amazing food. To getting engaged to my best friend. Plus buying my first home. That was a big step for me. And to taking my @blairt97 out the country for the first time. And to my ride or die my brother @runtzpax_xl_exotics to make it a blast for us. And after many years I can let the Honda take a rest. And upgrade vehicles. And still making time for myself to hit some goals in the gym. I want to say thank you #2023 for treating me so well #2024 will be bigger and better!!! With new goals to crush taken in Randolph, Maine by @chefjuiice

Happy 25 to me! Killed it today with some new personal records. First attempt at squat PR was a fail at 385. Second attempt was a success still at 385 (even with the belt breaking). Bench PR at 300 first attempt. Deadlift PR at 500 first attempt. Shout out to the coach @bmccoy305 taken in Ship City Fitness by @chefjuiice

Mi pequeño hermano colombiano lo va a extrañar por enseñarle a hablar inglés y a leer inglés y a corregir mi español. Incluso pelear con él sobre cómo usar un cuchillo. Luchar con él bebe todas mis bebidas sin azúcar. Y mi compañero de gimnasio que me ayudó a motivar a otros a entrar al gimnasio y hacerme ir más duro cuando estoy allí. One of the guys that was always pushing me. And when I hurt messed up my Knee. I was back end of football season ready for winter track. Put if you know me and my passion your know me. This guy that told me I was good enough to play at the next level but he wanted me to think long term with my opinions.
