That’s a wrap on tonight’s pop up dinner with @cardozlegacy ✨ This evening was a celebration of heritage. Together, Barkha and Chef @keithsarasin curated a menu featuring Chef Keith’s expansive experience and rooted in Barkha’s Sindhi culinary traditions, a culture that continues to shape Indian cuisine today.

With several recipes hailing from Barkha’s debut cookbook and utilizing Cardoz Legacy’s signature spice blends, each course offered a story of spice, memory, and mastery. Stay tuned for future events. We’re so excited to welcome you all into our space! 🥰

Best of Boston was a wild experience. The people were amazing, from the other restaurants and crew to all the people who made an appearance and showed their support to all who were there. The last 8 weeks have been wild. Changed jobs completely leaving behind both people I like and the style of cooking I know best for something completely new, with people that share a passion for what we do that I thought had burned out of myself. I began taking care of myself, body and mind and am seeing the largest improvement over who I am as a person from a personal standpoint. I began baking again which I haven’t done since I was happy and comfortable and not in pure survival mode. The world seems brighter and life easier. It’s amazing what a few weeks can do by @chefjyost
