Had the unique task of creating a ‘Sharable’ Auction Dessert for the 18th Annual Heart Ball.

Theme was Alice in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass.

My Spin was a ‘Wild Tea Party Tea-A-Misu’ with Beautiful Earl Grey Bravo Tea and Burnt Honey Syrup, Lemon & Vanilla Genoise, Liquor 43 Zabaglione, Lavender Compressed Rhubarb, Passion Fruit Caramel and Funetti Milk Crumble! Plus a few others 😉
