39 looks good on my guy Nevin! 🥂🔥

Celebrating another trip around the sun with great people, great energy, and even greater conversations at his very own LILA Restaurant & Lounge!

Shoutout to my guy Kin, who’s also a partner in this amazing establishment. It’s always a blessing to be surrounded by men who aren’t just talking about success, but actually building something special.

Brotherhood. Ownership. Relationships. Legacy. 💯

Happy 39th Birthday, Nevin! Wishing you continued success, good health, and many more blessings. The best is still ahead! 🥂

Charlotte’s dining scene just got another major player! 🔥🥂

Date night done RIGHT! My wife, @brittneylyn_ @0mar_baez , and I stepped out to experience the new Guard and Grace, located inside The Vivian, and of course, you know I had to put my chef hat on and see what the hype was about! 👨🏾‍🍳

From the atmosphere and presentation to the food, service, and overall experience, we came ready to enjoy a great night and see what this new addition brings to the Queen City.

Great food, even better company, and a night worth recapping! 🍽️🍷

But the real question is… does Guard and Grace live up to the hype? 👀

Check out the full recap and let me know if you’re adding this one to your date night list!

Some days are long, some days are stressful, but I wouldn’t trade it.

Every challenge, every late night, every lesson is part of building something I believe in.

There’s a different kind of peace that comes with knowing you’re building your own vision.

Grateful for all of it. 🙏🏾 taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @chefkev4real
