Food, but make it art. 🎨🥩🦪🍰

A few favourites from Nina Bryne. Beautiful vegetables, meat, cakes and oysters in sardine tins. Playful, nostalgic and very much up my alley. 🤍 by @cheflmackai

Before Pilates: tired feet, busy mind, chef-brain still running through menus.
After Pilates: grounded, calm, reset. A reminder that moving my body isn’t just physical, it’s my mental health diary in motion.

Day off = time to recharge, stretch it out, and come back to the kitchen with fresh energy. ✨

Sipping, savouring, and soaking in the vineyard views, nothing compares to the elegance of a winery experience. Each glass tells the story of the land, the vines, and the craft behind it. 🍇🍷✨

A fresh take on elegance ✨ Hand-cut tuna tartare lifted with bright lemon, sweet strawberry vinegar, briny capers and silky dill oil - light, refined, and made for long lunches by the sea.

Surf meets soul in this bowl.
Sweet Mooloolaba prawns and tender Moreton Bay bug in a fragrant laksa, layered over a slow-cooked beef broth, with a bright hit of chilli, lime & coriander. Comfort with a coastal twist.
