Hi Insta fam! It's been a while. But to claim that 2024 has already been one for the books is an understatement. Hope you all are not taking life too seriously ✌️ by @chefmalloryc

Nearly 50 chefs, restaurants and bakers across SoCal and up to SF, are all gathering to make Pies for Justice!! Tell your neighbor, tell your friends, tell your fam! Items are already selling out and last call for raffles. Proceeds will be donated to some damn good charities— @Peace4kids a non-profit dedicated to building community with youth in foster care in South Los Angeles and @everytown for gun control. Head to andgatherforgood.com/piesforjustice for all the details and how you can support! by @chefmalloryc

Cannot get enough of this California produce! I use the farmers market to inspire me to come up with new dishes, it’s extremely hard to choose one at a time when there are so many amazing products @santamonicafarmersmarket

*update* for those who are interested to know - I seem MIA but I’ve actually been working in a test kitchen for the last four months. We are a team of ex-Michelin chefs (somewhat over the restaurant scene?) designing recipes for a multitude of different concepts from fast casual to fine dining. Unfortunately that means I cannot post any of my projects until they are released by press 😵
