Sometimes I wish time could stand still, just so I wouldn’t have to keep living through so many days without you. It’s hard to believe it’s already been two years. There’s a part of me that still feels guilty for surviving this long without you.

Most days I live on autopilot, keeping things light because the moment I start to think too deeply, the pain becomes too heavy to carry. But even in the quiet moments, I miss you with everything in me.

Kyle said it best, people don’t always realize how much effort it takes for someone who’s grieving to keep choosing positivity, to keep showing up, to keep growing. It’s a daily act of strength that often goes unseen.

So today, as I reflect, I’m reminding myself to extend grace, to myself, and to everyone else trying to navigate their own silent battles. Life isn’t easy for any of us, but we keep going. We keep trying.

And I hope, in how I live, how I love, how I work and how I keep showing up, I’m honoring you, my sister, my best friend, my heart. 💚

If my skin isn’t moisturized, I’m not leaving the house, yall know that ! 😂🤎

One thing about me? My skin will ALWAYS be moisturized. In fact, my skin has two options: hydrated or EXTRA hydrated. 🤤✨
