Crispy fried snapper with a bright, spicy gochujang-yuzu dressing, tossed with sugar snaps, pomelo, ginger, lemongrass, lime leaf, mint & cilantro.

Finished with toasted rice for that little crunch.

For the dressing:
Garlic
Gochujang
Yuzu juice
Yuzu vinegar
Lime juice
Lime zest
Fish sauce

For the salad:
Sugar snaps
Ginger
Lemongrass
Lime leaf
Mint
Cilantro
Pomelo
Toasted rice

For the fish:
Lawry’s seasoning salt
