“ Tropical bloom”🌴

Mango & passion fruit tart filling, blueberry ganache, brown butter crumble, chocolate-covered berries, coconut Chantilly, and a white chocolate tuile.

Created my own dessert recipe and I genuinely can’t believe it 😭 coming from someone who always thought pastries were my weak point.
