Happy Birthday to this Stunner! @caviar_and_frenchfries . Holding 40 years like an athlete at a pageant and 8 months pregnancy like a piece of birthday cake. We’re just out here winning (and eat’n). Thank you for all your strength and resolve, not to mention the genes (and jeans) that have you looking so.....

My good friend and colleague @Rorycordial invited me for a chat on his podcast @theOptimalPerformanceGuide . Rory has worked with some of the highest level athletes and performers! We talk sustained high performance, tour, and COVID cooking. How are you looking after yourself? Cuz it’s a marathon, add a little self care and don’t take your foot off the gas! 🏃 #linkinbio👆

Thank you to everyone around the world who has reached out. The Love Baked Wings Melrose family, Jillian and myself are all safe. While we are all safe, the democracy of justice for ALL is not. There has been too little justice for the victims of racist brutality and almost none for those who died at the hands of those sworn to protect and serve.
Please do not let the destruction in Los Angeles and the states muddy the message. #BlackLivesMatter The voice of the protest was loud and clear. Do not get quiet now. Opportunists have tried to detract/distract from the need justice and for change. The violence and looting was separate, senseless and more importantly nothing to do with the protests.
Give us justice for every name on this heartbreaking list and let his name #GeorgeFloyd be the last. by @chefmikeshand
