Relationship Over Religion :

God isn’t chasing perfect people. He’s inviting real people into real relationship.

It’s not about checking boxes: church on Sunday, verse of the day, prayer before meals. Those are good, but they’re not the point. The point is knowing Him and being known by Him.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:20

What a real relationship with God looks like:

Conversation, not performance – Prayer is talking with a Father who listens. No fancy words needed. Just honesty. Psalm 62:8
Presence, not distance – He’s not a God who’s far off. James 4:8 says “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” He’s already leaning in.
Grace, not guilt – You don’t earn His love. Romans 5:8. He loved you at your worst, so you don’t have to clean yourself up to come to Him.
Transformation, not behavior modification – When you walk with Him daily, He changes you from the inside out. 2 Cor 5:17. It’s not you trying harder. It’s Him living through you.

Religion asks, “What must I do?” Relationship says, “Come sit with Me.”

Today, skip the routine and just be with Him. Read one Psalm. Tell Him what’s really on your mind. Listen. He’s not after your perfection — He’s after your heart.

S***xual purity, Set Apart for Something Greater

God designed sex as a gift. And like every gift from Him, it comes with purpose and timing. Sexual purity is choosing to honor that design — not because of shame, but because of worship.

“For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality...” 1 Thessalonians 4:3

3 truths to hold onto:

Your body is a temple – 1 Cor 6:19‑20. You weren’t made for casual use. Christ bought you at a price, so honor God with your body.
Purity protects your heart – Sex bonds souls together. Genesis 2:24. Keeping it within the covenant of marriage protects you from soul‑ties and heartbreak God never intended you to carry.
Grace is bigger than your past – If you’ve stumbled, 1 John 1:9 still stands. God’s forgiveness is real and His ability to restore is greater than your regret. Purity starts now.

This isn’t about rules keeping you from fun. It’s about a Father protecting what He loves. It’s saying, “Lord, I trust Your timing more than my urges. I trust Your plan more than culture’s pressure.”

The world calls it restrictive. Heaven calls it freedom.

You are set apart. You are worth the wait. He is worth the obedient.
