Transparency Post: After recently suffering a severe injury and not be able to do the things I love and enjoy I’ve learned a few things…

1. There’s no replacement for the love and care of family

2. What you do or provide is not the only thing that defines you

3. Value tied in performative reciprocation holds no real weight

4. The people that matter show up when it matters and that’s all that should matter.

✨ A Night to Remember with the Presidents of the Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta! ✨

What an unforgettable evening! We came together to celebrate the incredible women who lead and inspire our club, and we did it in style with a spectacular five-course dinner crafted by none other than the amazing @chefmtodd . 🍴

Chef Todd’s culinary artistry was simply unmatched! Each course was a masterpiece — bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with such care. We’re incredibly thankful to have had him bring his talent to our special night, making it an experience we’ll cherish forever. 🌟

The evening was filled with dancing, laughter, and heartfelt moments as we bonded over what we love most: incredible food and meaningful connections. Sisterhood truly is our superpower — lifting each other up, cheering one another on, and building lasting memories together. 🌸💃
