Vietnamese Pho is such a comforting soulful meal. I think everyone should try it at least once. The combination beef pho is my go to but this day i recreated chicken pho.

What is pho? Pho is a very common Vietnam Soup dish filled with a delicate flavorful broth, rice noodles, bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and a few aromatics🤤 topped with the protein of your choice😮‍💨

Herbal Teas should always be apart of your game plan. Ladies and young girls… how are you caring for your body during that time? I nourish my body with warm liquids, soups, milk & dark chocolate, berries and plenty of rest!! It’s my favorite time of the month!

We can help you and your family prioritize your menstrual and reproductive health with tips, and soon our WH’s ideal meal plan. For those that take initiative in staying healthy, mindful and nourished. Thisll be perfect for you if you are battling anti- inflammation, PCOS, menopause, and chronic fatigue. It’ll include herbal teas that can be drunk hot or cold. Hot ALWAYS during your cycle and period.

First Drinkity Drink at the Beauty & Bev Bar 🎀🥂☺️

Pull an espresso shot over two tbsps brown sugar
( we used a quadruple shot of espresso #geekedup )

Banana Bread Pecan Syrup recipe
Blend two extra ripen bananas, the older the sweeter it’ll be, add 1/4 cup to a 1/2 cup @woodys.smokehouse @woodyssmokehousenb pecan syrup and blend until smooth

Add Banana Bread Pecan Syrup to a glass with an additional tablespoon or two of pecan syrup for extra sweetener

Add ice

Oat milk or Whole Milk

Espresso ( pulling is best but you can use @cafebustelo or @folgers instant coffee too!! )

Stir until combined & Enjoy 😆
