13 YEARS OF DOLPHIN RESTAURANT — A JOURNEY OF PASSION, RESILIENCE & IMPACT ❤️🍽️

13 years ago, I started this journey with a dream, a passion for food, and a strong desire to create something meaningful.

Today, as I look back, I’m filled with gratitude for every customer, every student, every staff member, every friend, family member, and everyone who has contributed to the Dolphin story.

It hasn’t always been easy. There have been challenges, sacrifices, moments of doubt, and times when giving up seemed like the easiest option. But through it all, we kept going — and today, Dolphin Restaurant is 13! 🎉

This anniversary is more than a celebration of a restaurant. It is a celebration of growth, resilience, people, food, and the beautiful journey we have shared together.
