20 years of passion, and still a student at heart. Grateful for how far God has brought me, and excited for everything He’s yet to teach me. This is growth, this is purpose, this is only the beginning. 🙏🏽

🍝Dinner with my housemates, and the empty plates said it all😍 Made a delicious tomato-based seafood pasta, and let’s just say the chef did not disappoint. Good food, good company, and happy hearts. What more could I ask for?❤️🇮🇹

Saturday was a little taste of what’s ahead. 👩🏽‍🍳

Already enrolled at Italian Chef Academy, I stopped by for Open Day just to ask a few questions and ended up having such a lovely time! Good food, good vibes, and a beautiful glimpse into this new chapter.

Starting the new week grateful, excited, and ready for what’s ahead. 🇮🇹

Happy New Week.

FROM BECCA TO NKOYO 🤍
For a long time, many of you have known me as Becca, and that name will always be part of my story. But today, I’m embracing something that feels even more deeply connected to who I am.

Nkoyo is my name. My given name. My identity.
My roots. My story. This is more than a name change.

It is a reintroduction — a return to a name that feels like home.

September 2026… a month I will never forget.
A dream I prayed for, believed in, and held onto in faith is finally becoming my reality. 🥹
God has been so good to me. I am grateful for life, for grace, for answered prayers, for every lesson, every sacrifice, and every door that brought me here.
My heart is full. My spirit is thankful.
Thank you God for this new chapter, for the dream, and for the Grace to see it come to pass.
