Smoking some baby-back ribs for a birthday today with homemade bbq sauce. 2 hr smoke, 1hr wrap with butter and mango juice, and some tequila. Finish over med-low and sauce the shit out of them. All done on a Weber Summit Grill. taken in Windmill Cove on the California Delta by @chefonthestrand
